The official Adani Realty project page, checked on 21 October 2026, displayed a starting reference of ₹2.55 Cr, an overall area range of 53.51–94.95 m² (576–1,022 sq ft), configurations of 2, 2.5 and 4 BHK, status under construction, and possession shown as 31 December 2026. These are developer-page references only. They are not a unit-specific quote, a representation of current inventory, or a current independent RERA verification.
The current official page displayed registration reference P51900033194. Confirm the relevant tower, unit, approvals, status and dates against live authority records before relying on them.

Prices, offers and availability
₹2.55 Cr is a project-level starting reference displayed by the developer, not a quote for a particular unit. Unit price, floor, view, carpet area, taxes, statutory charges, maintenance, parking, construction-linked payments, inventory and possession can differ and can change. The Good Season 25:75 wording is a summary of the linked official post, not a promise that the offer is currently available to every buyer. Confirm all commercial terms in writing with the developer before paying or booking.
